The Vice Chardonnay Batch #216 2024

Alluring aromas of baked pear, golden apple compote, and Tahitian vanilla drift from the glass, layered with hints of lemon curd, toasted almond, and a whisper of warm pastry crust. The entrance of the palate is generous yet refined, with flavors of crème brûlée, roasted cashew and citrus zest. A mineral tension carries through the mid-palate. A silky long finish lingers with notes of vanilla bean and gentle spice, leaving a lasting impression of balance and finesse. A “Classic Napa Chard”, reminiscent of style that ruled the 90’s.

2024 vintage was yet again an exceptional year with wines already showcasing bold and elegant character. A wet winter provided ample soil moisture, promoting strong vine growth and natural canopy protection. The growing season saw extended warm periods, but the vines thrived, leading to a harvest with intense and rich flavors.
