The palate is juicy and layered, with peach, nectarine, apricot, passion fruit, guava, pear, and blood orange balanced by refreshing salinity. The 2025 vintage was a standout year, with exceptional quality, concentrated flavor, and balanced acidity. A warm, steady summer without extreme heat allowed for extended hang time and full flavor development. A warm September, cooler autumn nights, and a mild winter helped preserve acidity and protect the crop from frost.
