Product description
Eos, the Greek goddess of dawn, opened the gates of heaven each morning allowing the sun to rise. Fiercely passionate, she was cursed by Aphrodite for having an affair with Ares. Her punishment was an insatiable appetite for young men. At Eos – the winery – we’re just as passionate as our namesake, but our insatiable appetite is focused toward the production of great wines. Since the mid-1980s, we have built our reputation on dense reds, complex whites and luscious dessert wines from great AVAs throughout the state.

Our 2025 Pinot Grigio opens with a vibrant bouquet, leading with peach and the delicate, floral perfume of orange blossom. This aromatic profile is sharpened by a bright citrus duo of tangerine and mandarin, creating an inviting first impression. On the palate, the wine reveals exotic notes of lychee and apricot, balanced by the creamy, citrus-inflected richness of key lime pie. There is a splash of mango leading to a crisp, electric zing of lime zest, making it a refreshing choice for any occasion.

At Eos, we believe great wines cannot be made without great fruit. We source our grapes from quality vineyards in the premiere growing regions of California, including Lake County, Sonoma County and all along the Central Coast. The geographical diversity of these regions yield a plethora of distinct microclimates and results in wines with unique aromas, flavors and texture. - Vintage Notes

The 2025 California growing season started with a cool spring that led into a mild summer. This allowed for a slow and steady ripening with good acid retention. The 2025 harvest season kicked off in early August and finished around mid November.
