Drawing on his experience as assistant winemaker at L'Ecole No. 41, winemaker Eric Dunham set out to create one of Washington's best Cabernet Sauvignons. From the first release of his 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon, the wines have conistently garnered prestigious awards, including a Gold Medal and a 93 rating at the World Wine Championship. Known as one of Walla Walla's top ultra-premium boutique wineries, Dunham blends Cabernet Sauvignon from various vineyards throughout the Columbia Valley and uses a combination of new French and American oak to craft a wine of rare complexity and character. The results are a spectacular and serious 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, built with solid structure that will reward cellaring. The power of this wine is balanced with the bright raspberry character typical of the Walla Walla appellation.
