Evolution Big Time Red has a new step with the release of the 7th edition. In addition to the components that you’ve come to love in this blend – Sangiovese, Syrah and just a touch of Evolution Lucky No. 9 White, we’ve added the red grape of Sicily: Nero d’Avola.
This addition adds more fruit to the blend to create a softer, rounder, fruitier flavor profile. This wine is tructured and rich with flavors of cherry and plum pie filling, black cherry and red currants and hints of savory notes throughout the palate.
Made from organically grown fruit, this Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of fruit characters with smoky tones in the nose. The fruit characters carry through on the palate mingling with herbal tones and ample soft textures.
Buckle up. This rich Syrah is exploding with flavor and attitude, and its note of blackberry and distinct aromas will shatter your expectations.
Boom Boom! exploded on the wine industry in 2007, and this spicy Syrah has been one of Washington State’s signature wines ever since. It’s a tribute to Charles’ first love lost—a woman nicknamed “Boom Boom” O’Brien—and it’s one of the biggest and boldest Syrahs of all time. It’s not surprising that wine drinkers everywhere have fallen in love with it.
Beautiful green apple and tropical notes in the aroma follows through in the mouth with a smooth fine mousse. This wine finishes with lingering light tropical flavors.
Brioche and a hint of berry, with bright citrus in the aromas. The fine mousse brings along these notes in the mouth. Lingering finish of citrus that begs for another taste.
Evolution Lucky No. 9 is both complex and approachable, with an intensely aromatic and flavorful blend of white varietals that create a wine with depth of interest and versatility in pairing.
Notes of lychee, lime zest & lemon grass. Lush, off-dry & tropical.

Few Semillons show their richness and complexity as those produced in the distinctive soils of Eastern Washington State. Our cool nights during the growing season and harvest period help to ensure crisp natural acidity and expressive aromatics, making this a wonderful food pairing wine.
A refreshing Semillon with vibrant fruit and balanced acidity, this wine shows pretty citrus blossom accented by layers of honeysuckle, melon, apple, spice, and lemon zest persisting through a clean, succulent finish.

It was a sunny day in the summer of 1994 when I met Port. Outside I heard the distinct sound of an animal in distress. It took only moments to realize what was happening
across the field from my house – a young puppy had fallen into harm’s way and was being attacked by another dog. I ran to the scene, broke up the fight and found that the puppy was very badly injured. Instinctively, I wrapped him up and took him to the veterinarian, and although the puppy had lost a leg, he had found a home. With only three legs, and two on the port side, I named him Port, and he was my best friend.
93+ Points, Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate (v2016)
“The 2016 Sauvignon Blanc Sunset Vineyard reveals notes of lemon oil and delicate botanicals framed by light reduction that would be very much at home in the eastern Loire Valley.
On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, pure and racy, with a textural attack underpinned by loads of cut and chalky tension.
This is a world away from the insipid, ester-laden concoctions that commonly pass for Sauvignon Blanc, and it’s refreshing in every sense.
The price is outrageously low for the quality.”

“The white Bordeaux blend from this label, the 2015 Sauvignon Blanc Sunset Vineyard is 100% Sauvignon Blanc brought up in barrel.
Notes of lemon curd, hints of citrus and white grapefruit all flow to a rounded and supple white that has integrated acidity and a clean finish.
It’s a seriously good white that’s well worth its going rate.”
91 Points, Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate (v2014)
“Up there with the top Sauvignon Blancs from Washington, the 2014 Sauvignon Blanc was fermented in a combination of concrete tanks and barrel.
It has a Loire-like minerality as well as terrific notes of citrus rind, lychee and dried herbs.
These give way to a pure, crisp, downright delicious white that has bright acidity, good texture and a clean, crisp finish.
It’s a terrific value to drink over the coming 2-3 years, and it might have an interesting evolution beyond that as well.”
For our 2019 vintage, a 50/50 blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc strikes the perfect balance of these two classic varietals. Sauvignon Blanc’s crisp floral, mineral notes accent Semillon’s richness, with lush tropical flavors & enticing honeysuckle notes.
AROMAS OF HONEY AND SWEET VANILLA ARISE FROM THE GLASS,
Juicy golden apples and ripe pears emerge alongside notes of tropical mango and guava, brightening and balancing the mouthfeel with just the right touch of acidity. The round and silky finish whispers of crème brûlée and caramel, the lingering legacy of French oak aging.
The Ken Wright Cellars Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a thoughtful blend of most of our world-class single vineyard Pinot noir sites. The aromatics showcase the volcanic influence having impressive depth of pronounced Bing Cherry and Marionberry. Warm flavors of cola, and baking spices, which are sedimentary driven, are wrapped in perfectly balanced acidity. Mouthwatering and juicy.
Our Dundee Hills Estate Pinot Noir captures and expresses the delicate fruit characteristicsassociated with this varietal, and we balance that with structure and age-ability.
This blendrepresents our entire Estate with barrels selected from nearly every corner of the property.
Our2017 Dundee Hills Pinot Noir exhibits aromas of leather and spice. The palate is rich with dark fruit, dried currant, and a hint of cinnamon.
The wine shows beautifully, with rich high toned fruit, balanced acidity and great proportion. Complex flavors of cherry, spice, coffee and earth are enticing. Notes of black cherry, spiced oak, leather and earth come forth in the aroma. This wine is generous and balanced enough to enjoy now, yet with the complexity and structure to age well for six years or more.
