AROMAS OF HONEY AND SWEET VANILLA ARISE FROM THE GLASS,
Aromas of honey and sweet vanilla from the glass, juicy golden apples, and ripe pears emerge alongside notes of tropical mango and guava, brightening and balancing die mouthfeel with just the right touch of acidity: The round and silky finish whispers of creme briilee and caramel, the lingering legacy of French oak aging.
The Bogle family has been farming in the Sacramento River Delta for six generations. The first 20 acres of vines were planted in 1968 near the small farming community of Clarksburg. Today Bogle Vineyards farms over 1,500 acres of wine grapes in the Clarksburg AVA and other select California winegrowing regions including Old Vine Zinfandel from Lodi and Amador and Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir from the cool Monterey and Russian River Valley AVA’s. The Bogle family’s deep respect for the land and generational commitment to putting consistent, honest value in the bottle is rooted in one over-arching philosophy: the family is involved in every detail of the business. And they are some of the nicest folks you’ll ever meet!
