1. Bank Transfer

   • Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation invoice by email. Please pay from this invoice. If we receive payment before 11:30 a.m. on a business day, your order will be available to be delivered from the following day.
2. C.O.D: Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation invoice by email. The delivery person can accept payment by cash only. There are no additional charges for C.O.D. delivery.
3. Credit Card: Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation by email requesting that you either contact us by phone (03) 3803-1635; or send us your credit card information by email (order@orca-international.com) or fax (03) 3803-1637. Orca International accepts Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express. If we receive payment before 11:30 a.m. on a business day, your order will be available to be delivered from the following day.

Delivery charges: Delivery charge is 1,000 yen including tax for all orders totaling less than 10,000 yen. Delivery is free for orders over 10,000 yen.

Return Policy: All of Orca International's products are 100% guaranteed.

Discounts: A 15% discount is automatically applied to purchases over 25,000 yen (delivered to a single address), excluding special discount or promotional items.

Sale of Alcoholic Beverages: Important: sale of alcoholic beverages to a minor (under 20 years of age) is forbidden by Japanese law. Orca International does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 20. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Orca International is over the age of 20.
